SS5000 The SS5000 dispenses adhesive and many other types of fluids through a disposable syringe tube. The SS5000 can be made to be adapted to the customer's own syringe tube. The dispenser is portable, hand-held, and easy to use. It can be mounted at any location, using a special mounting bracket. The syringe tube is fitted with a special adapter for better control of the shot volume. SS5000 Syringe System maintains high repeatability and is a close loop system where no fluid is exposed. Replacing a new syringe tube is easy, first, open the valve and slowly pull back the actuator lever through its knob. Then, loosen the adapter chuck and remove the used syringe tube and throw it away. To start the operation, close the valve and push the start button or an optional footswitch. The customer has the choice of a relay controller or PLC controller. The PLC controller can be operated through the front panel switches or it can be connected to an IBM PC (or compatible) computer. The relay controller is operated only through the front panel switches or the footswitch terminal. Controllers : SAC 1100 or CLC 1100 Repeatability is the measure of the consistency of shot volume delivery, obtained by calculating the ratio of any shot volume to the average shot volume of a particular pump stroke setting multiplied by 100. Accuracy is determined by comparing actual shot volume to the preset shot volume, calculated as the quotient of the actual shot volume to the preset shot volume, multiplied by 100.
